Avec 12 jeunes auteurs nous nous sommes réunis pour promouvoir massivement auprès des internautes francophones le webcomics, un format de bande dessinée encore mal connu et minoritaire en France et en Belgique. Cette invitation à lire des œuvres pour tout public, accessibles à tout moment, a pris la forme d'un manifeste.
